Life support animus hardly alive
Diabolic soul instruction.

Mind's mirror reflects
Lies believed
Enmity for the other self
Ambiguity now received.

Shadows fall down
Upon the intrepid man
Once full of renown
The modified American plan.

Lost purpose, diminished respect
Convoluted routes
Twist and intersect
Addled mind casts new doubts.

It grows ever black
The light burns out
Shallow breaths, an Asthma attack
Brings blind solace, the dark redoubt.
